Review

Not for me
I liked it
I loved it!

Not the faint-hearted (or first timers to peated whiskies) as it has a strong peat with a marine-mineral character that takes some time to appreciated. However, the rewards of this complex whiskey are plentiful and remains one of our favourite whiskies. It only scores 90 as its big brothers, the An Oa and the Corryvreckan, really shine in this style of maritime whiskey flavours. Regardless, the 10 year will not disappoint. One to thoroughly enjoy.

This is an exceptional value whiskey - often found for under $100!

Occasion

Celebrating milestones with sardines on the BBQ. Challenge your friends with a more robust smoky character.

Right for you?

If you like smoked foods, sardines, salted licorice, tobacco and marine flavours. This would make a great gift for a peat whiskey lover as it is often good value for money and won't disappoint.
