Review
This whiskey blends the smoky maritime character of Talisker with the rich sweetness of Amoroso sherry cask maturation. The result is a complex and balanced dram that offers a unique twist on the classic Talisker profile. The sherry finish adds depth and richness to the smoky and spicy notes, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. However, we found the flavours didn't quite meld as well as we had hoped, with the sherry sweetness sometimes feeling at odds with the maritime smoke. Nonetheless, its an interesting variation that is worth trying for Talisker fans.
