Review
As a straight dram, this did not meet our expectations. We found the palate to be very unbalanced with a strong vanilla hit and a hot, herby lemon finish that was not to our tastes. While this is a very popular whiskey and may appeal to many, we would not recommend it for those looking for a quality single malt to be had straight. However, for those looking to enjoy it in cocktails, it performs well for the realatively cheap price.
