Review

If you are looking for the next step, after sweet and single noted Speysides, this makes a very approachable options as it adds in a subtle salty leather maritime flavour which is sure appeal. If you have not yet tried something from the west coast, which is dominated by maritime and peat, this makes an excellent stepping stone towards extending your pallete to flavours synonymous with the west coast.

This would make an excellent gift if wanting to challenge to move away from Speyside. It pairs well with a lot of different foods and is great for challenging friends to take the next step.

Right for you?
