Review
Not for the faint-hearted (or first timers to peated whiskies) as it has a strong peat with a marine-mineral character that takes some time to appreciate. However, the rewards of this complex whisky are plentiful and remains one of our favourite whiskies. It's picked up Gold at the World Whiskies Awards as recently as 2024, so it's clearly still hitting the mark. It only scores 91 as its big brothers, the An Oa and the Corryvreckan, really shine in this style of maritime whisky flavours. Regardless, the 10 year will not disappoint. One to thoroughly enjoy.
