This is an intense and powerful Islay single malt that delivers plenty of peat smoke and complexity. It sits between the Ardbeg Corryvreckan and above the 10 year old in terms of balance, complexity and flavour. If you love the Ardbeg 10, then this is a must-try. The combination of peat, mineral, marine, and spice flavours make it a truly memorable dram that is sure to please those who enjoy the Islay style. We thoroughly enjoyed this whisky and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Islay single malt. It backed that up with a Silver at the World Whiskies Awards in 2024 as well.
