Review
We were expecting a one dimensional sweet palette and finish given the nose, but its surprisingly peppery and savoury in nature which gives it a second dimension of flavour and versatility. We found the lighter style invoking hints of spring sunshine that helped warm the soul. Definitely a dram for those that like savoury and peppery flavours as the fruit is only really evident on the nose. This is a standout from the whiskies we have been tasting of late and can thoroughly recommend it for those looking for something a bit different.
